Gilles Brouillette, Ph.D. is a founding partner and the President of the Transformational Learning Institute. He is the Co-director of the Transformational/Conscious Leadership Program at the Centre for Continuing Education of the University of Ottawa. He is also a Senior Leadership Consultant and Executive Coach for the Full Circle Group & The Leadership Circle.

Gilles has a Doctorate in Transpersonal Psychology from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology in California and is Certified Executive Coach from Royal Roads University in British Columbia. He is certified to use the Leadership Agility 360, The Maturity Assessment for Professionals and the Leadership Circle Profile to assess leaders’ levels of development. Gilles’ developmental coaching approach focuses on both lateral growth and vertical transformation. He has been studying and applying the principles of transformational learning for the last 25 years.

His commitment to learning, his expertise in personal and organizational transformation and his authentic character offer a high level of credibility in coaching senior executives on the complex challenges they are currently facing as leaders.

CÉCILE A. RYAN, SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Cécile A. Ryan is a senior partner, consultant and executive coach with the Transformational Learning Institute. Cécile is a certified executive coach with Integral Coaching Canada. She has been inspired by integral and systemic practices throughout her life and is helping leaders and teams reach higher levels of excellence. Cécile is also a mediator and designated Alternate Dispute Resolution practitioner with the Canadian International Institute of Applied Negotiation (CIIAN). Cécile has dedicated her career to professional and leadership development in the workplace with a transformational approach influenced by several disciplines including andragogy, gestalt, developmental psychology of individuals and organizations and is qualified to administer MBTI and 360 degree feedback assessment tools.

NATALIE DION, ASSOCIATE

Nathalie Dion is a certified executive coach, trainer and management consultant in Canada and Europe, with over 27 years of experience in private and public organizations. She has a Masters degree in Science and her passion for the development of consciousness led her to train in France, Germany and the United States in various approaches: agile and creative leadership, management, coaching, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Non Violent Communication (NVC), Inner Relationship Focusing, permaculture and neurosciences.

Her work integrates the following thematics: agile and creative leadership, coaching, interpersonal communication, self-management, conflict management, teamwork, change management, systematic approaches, social permaculture. She also works with the National School of Public Administration (ENAP) in Québec and the University of Ottawa.

She is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is certified to use psychometric tests such as The Leadership Circle Profile and TRIMA. She is a certified trainer in Nonviolent Communication (NVC) registered with The Center of NonViolent Communication (CNVC) in the United States.

Nathalie supports the development of individual and collective consciousness enabling people, teams and organizations to evolve, and learn to live complexity and change creatively and efficiently. She is recognized for her expertise, deep listening, intuition, joy of living and authenticity.

CLAIRE MOLINARD, ASSOCIATE

Claire Molinard, M.Sc ; PCC is the co-founder of Unique Self Coaching Collective, an Integral Master Coach™ and a Certified Causal Leadership Coach from Saybrook University. Drawing from a large variety of developmental approaches as well as from her long time experience in the human potential field, Claire has developed her own unique approach in facilitating sustainable change for people by honoring and leveraging each person’s unique gifts and values.

KATRINE GENEAU, ASSOCIATE

Katrine Geneau is an associate with The Transformational Leadership Institute. For the past 13 years she has worked as an executive coach and trainer, supporting leaders to develop their self-awareness, leadership presence and overall effectiveness. Katrine is certified through The Coaches Training Institute (CPCC) and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with The International Coach Federation.

Katrine’s training experience includes designing and delivering workshops on transformational leadership development; coaching skills; conflict resolution; creativity and innovation; meeting management; and giving and receiving feedback.

As well as working with TLI, Katrine coaches under the umbrella of her own company, Katrine Geneau & Associates, and with The Coaches Training Institute and The Ken Blanchard Companies. This has resulted in her coaching in a wide range of industries including consumer-packaged goods, banking, technology, manufacturing, health, and education.

Katrine is successful at the vice-president, director and senior manager level due to her ability to stimulate a higher level of self-awareness in her clients. She also provides valuable models and practical strategies that enable them to handle their challenges more effectively.

Katrine’s style is co-active, supportive, strategic and direct. She uses both a transformational and a transactional approach depending on her clients’ requirements and awareness.

LISA CORMIER, ASSOCIATE

Lisa Cormier is an executive coach and leadership facilitator living in Ottawa, Canada. She brings over 20 years of experience in management and organizational development. Lisa’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts (Honors in Psychology) and a Master’s degree in Social Work (Administration and Policy branch). She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (Coaches Training InstituteTM), where she also served on the faculty for 5 years, and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation. She is certified in three well established 360° Feedback Instruments as well as the Myers Briggs Type Inventory, in addition to having experience with a variety of assessment tools. As an employee of the RMOC/City of Ottawa (1989 to 2000), she held various front-line, policy and management positions. Her first-hand experience continues to inspire and inform her in her work with other professionals at all levels of the organization.

SUZANNE GAGNON, ASSOCIATE

Over her 30 year career in management, Suzanne Gagnon has led groups from 5 to 250 employees and coached many professionals. Her coaching skills are an integral part to the success of small and big transformation for individuals and organizations. Suzanne has leveraged challenges, disagreements and conflicts to achieve greater results. She believes that people’s views can not be changed with logic if logic is not what they used to get to that view in the first place. Her coaching approach to leadership and organizational changes is experiential. Everyone is right…partially!

Suzanne has been an Executive Coach for the last 15 years.
